ACE Surgical Supply Announces Merger with Southern Anesthesia
ACE Surgical Supply Company has announced its merger with Southern Anesthesia, with the new company being called ACE SOUTHERN. ACE SOUTHERN will offer the complete, robust surgical system, including surgical supplies and anesthesia, according to COO and General Manager Michael Mancini.
“This merger creates the most comprehensive portfolio of surgical products, supported by experts who are focused on surgical specialists,” Mancini said in a press release from the newly merged company. “ACE SOUTHERN will be the 1-stop-shop aimed at helping our doctors care for their patients.”
With its origins and founding in oral surgery and pharmaceutical, ACE SOUTHERN aims to help clinicians serve patients better, according to CEO Craig Carchidi.
“Our goal will be to anticipate and deliver innovative products, services, and technologies required to better assist our customers, and help them achieve success for their patients and their practice.” Carchidi said in the press release.
This merger will premiere August 1st, 2022.
