AADOM offering free membership during these uncertain times
Dental office managers can sign up for free AADOM membership during the next two weeks for education, advice, support while many practices struggle during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During these tough times of uncertainty in which most dental practices are open only to emergency services, office managers and dental administrators can use all the help and information possible.
With that in mind, the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) is opening up its membership free of charge over the next two weeks.
Heather Colicchio, founder and president of AADOM, released a video announcement on the association’s website today with details. For more details and to watch the video, go to https://www.dentalmanagers.com.
In the open letter to office managers, practice administrators and business managers of dental practices, Colicchio states, “We get it. We know what you’re going through. These are very uncertain times-unprecedented. And we understand how much of this falls on your shoulders. We really do.”
She says AADOM members have told the organization over the past few weeks how important their membership in AADOM has been to them. “We are guiding them through this uncharted territory with all the resources that we can gather. Whether that be HR information or how to communicate with patients, with your team. We’re doing everything we can,” Colicchio says.
With confusion and uncertainty surrounding when and how many dental practices will return to some form of normalcy in a post-COVID-19 world, AADOM is making this special offer available.
“Now and for the next two weeks we are making AADOM membership free for any dental office manager in the country, no questions asked,” the video statement says. “Whether you’re experiencing financial hardship or you don’t know if you have a job tomorrow, that’s OK.
We want to make sure you’re getting the support that you need from your association.”
AADOM members are online all day providing support and asking questions and getting answers. There also is an online virtual education area where members are encouraged to continue to grow, even in today’s uncertain environment.
