A Musical Legend is Set to Play at Dentsply Sirona World 2023

Dentsply Sirona World 2023 is just more than a month away, and the conference that always mixes top tier education with memorable entertainment is set to outdo itself this year.

After already announcing a variety show featuring big names like magician Mat Franco, impressionist Frank Caliendo, and abstract performers Blue Man Group, Dentsply Sirona quietly went ahead and added a performance from a musical icon to the agenda.

But, instead of making a big announcement with the act's name in the headline, Dentsply Sirona chose to issue a press release highlighting the full schedule of evening plans throughout the September 21-23 event, and simply mentioning that Friday's concert would feature, "a very special surprise guest known for his pioneering genre-bending sounds and collaborations throughout a career recognized with 17 Grammy Awards and 100 million albums sold worldwide." The release then asks people to visit the entertainment section of the event's website to see who it is.

Beyond the opening night variety show, and the Friday night concert, there will be a closing night celebration at Hakkasan Nightclub. Of course, the event is also about education, and along with a guest keynote from entrepreneur Kevin O’Leary, there will also be a pair of livestreamed clinical procedures presented by Mark Ludlow, DMD, and Lynne Thomas, DDS.

“Each year, I come to Las Vegas to contribute to the educational experience for thousands of Dentists,” Meena Barsoum, DMD, one of the event's speakers, says in the press release. “The atmosphere is not only filled with world-class education but also connections and camaraderie between friends and colleagues that I look forward to seeing each year.”
