3 metrics every dentist should know in his or her practice

June 17, 2016

Gary Takacs sits down to talk to dentists about the three most important metrics in the dental practice … and how they can reach the right numbers in each of them.

Numbers tell a story and numbers never lie. Do you know the story that the numbers are telling about your dental practice?

I recently had the chance to sit down with Gary Takacs during the Speaking Consulting Network meeting in Santa Fe, N.M. During our chat, Gary and I were talking about the high number of dentists who don’t really know what their numbers are, should be, or how to raise them to what they should be. It was a really eye-opening conversation.

As we kept talking, Gary had some great insights. With that in mind, I asked him if he would record a short video to share with you about these numbers and simple ways that dentists can reach the levels they should be attaining and maintaining.

Additionally, I encourage you to become a regular listener to Gary’s Thriving Dentist podcast. It’s a great way to keep up with some of the “movers and shakers” in the dental industry. I was thrilled to be a part of the podcast recently talking about my favorite subject, the role of the dental assistant in the practice. You can listen to that by clicking here.
