I recently had the chance to sit down with Gary Takacs during the Speaking Consulting Network meeting in Santa Fe, N.M. During our chat, Gary and I were talking about the high number of dentists who don’t really know what their numbers are, should be, or how to raise them to what they should be. It was a really eye-opening conversation.
As we kept talking, Gary had some great insights. With that in mind, I asked him if he would record a short video to share with you about these numbers and simple ways that dentists can reach the levels they should be attaining and maintaining.
