Tough and reusable Tango-Endo instruments boast a unique patented flat along the entire length of the instrument. This flat reportedly allows for faster engagement with less resistance, increased flexibility without sacrificing strength and virtually eliminates instrument separation.

A unique flute design also facilitates safe canal shaping and finishing, preventing canal distortion.

The Tango-Endo system includes its own reciprocating handpiece. The latch-type handpiece is designed to aid in the prevention of binding and instrument separation.

The Tango-Endo reportedly has a superior ability to negotiate curves while quickly navigating to the apex. Calibration rings provide quick and precise assistance in determining the working length.
