The i-CAT® FLX is designed to offer the most flexible imaging control of any cone beam 3D unit, allowing dental professionals to target the desired field of view on each patient while minimizing the radiation dose.

With i-CAT, users reportedly gain greater control over their workflow and the scanning process.

Advanced technology: i-CAT’s full-dentition imaging reportedly is a lower dose than a 2D panoramic X-ray with QuickScan+. Visual iQuity™ advanced image technology delivers clear 3D and 2D images. Users can capture traditional 2D panoramic images with the i-PAN™ feature, and the i-Collimator electronically adjusts the field of view to limit radiation only to the area of scanning interest.

Intuitive software: The Tx STUDIO™ provides the power of multiple software systems by giving immediate access to integrated treatment tools for implant planning, surgical guides and other applications.

Customized solutions: i-CAT’s SmartScan STUDIO touchscreen interface offers step-by-step guidance, reportedly allowing dental professionals to select the appropriate scan for the patient with an as low as reasonably achievable radiation dose.

Outstanding versatility: This addition to the i-CAT brand offers 3D planning and treatment tools for implants and restorations, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics, as well as TMD and airway disorders.

Ergonomic stability control: The Ergonomic Stability System is designed to minimize patient movement and reduce the need for retakes. It offers seated positioning, robust head stability and adjustable seating controls. It also provides wheelchair accessibility.
