Dr Sabrina E. Sanchez is a trauma and acute care surgeon and surgical intensivist at Boston Medical Center and an associate professor of surgery at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Her professional and academic interests revolve around patient-centered care and shared decision-making in trauma, acute care surgery, and critical illness, geriatric and palliative care in surgical patients, justice and equity in surgical care, and diversity and inclusion in the surgical workforce.
