Visionary excellence
Powerful, high-quality panoramic and cephalometric imagery capabilities for private dental offices.
Information provided by Vatech and E-Woo.
The PaX-500 OS (one-shot) Digital Panoramic and Cephalometric x-ray system features a compact, elegant, ergonomic design. Coupled with powerful, user-friendly imaging software, the system helps enhance communications between the practitioner and patient. It also provides a solution to motion artifacts caused by patient movement, a prevailing problem when using a cephalometric x-ray scanning process.
Regardless of external factors such as temperature variation, the system offers high-quality panoramic and cephalometric images for dental practitioners and orthodontic specialists.
| | | Seamless integration, user-friendly imaging software • EasyDent 4.0 Software is supported by a TWAIN drive, enabling seamless integration with most practice management software. • User-friendly features include free overlay drawing, magnification, implant planning, and tooth whitening simulation, meeting the needs of doctors and patients. • An additional option is the flat-panel x-ray image sensor, designed through a partnership with Samsung Electronics. |
 | | Special features • Exceptionally suited for orthodontic practices, the system’s 0.3-second cephalometric x-ray function avoids image distortion. • Machine’s DUET technology processes any soft tissue and hard bone image data separately, then combines the two images to create a clear image. • The x-ray machine produces images based on the Adaptive Layer Control and Automatic Optimizing Processing Technology, with focal points of 0.35 mm x 0.5 mm. |
Additional Information
• Allows for effective patient treatment plans and diagnosis
• Has its own dedicated sensor for optimal image quality
• Default functionality engineered to take special (incisor clear, canal, maxilla clear, and orthogonal) mode images
• Easy to use…no extensive training
• Minimal x-ray exposure makes it well suited for pediatric care
