Vintage Art

Formulated with an ultra-fine particle structure, Vintage Art® universal porcelain stains are optimal for use when applying internal and external stain techniques to replicate variations found in vital teeth. The stain kit comes ready-to-use with a logically structured color concept that includes 32 aesthetic color stains and foundation shade stains. Featuring exceptional handling and application properties, the stains reproduce natural dentin fluorescence and, with an unlimited CTE, can be applied directly to any substructure to obtain three-dimensional effects. The stains can be individually mixed and will maintain a stable color even after repeated firing cycles.

Vintage Art key features:

  • Comes in Basic and Effect sets
  • Optimal for use with CAD/CAM milled substructures

Replicating nature

The expanded shade selection of Ceramage® zirconium silicate indirect restorative now allows dental technicians to replicate natural-looking gum colors and bleach shades. Ceramage full gum colors are the ideal material to restore or complete gingival anatomy. This gingival modification technique is especially useful on implant cases and previously fixed porcelain restorations. Ceramage bleach shades fulfill the desire of today’s patients for a young, healthy, white smile. A complete set of Ceramage gum colors and new bleach shades meet the most demanding patient aesthetic requirements.

Ceramage key features:
  • Indicated for use with metal or metal-free restorations
  •  Ability to re-establish gingival anatomy with gum colors or adhesive qualities
  •  High tensile and compressive strength
  •  Bleach shades W0, W1, W2, W3, and Super White available

Pressing to metal or all-ceramic

Vintage Press Over® leucite reinforced feldspar porcelain features a wide CTE range between 13.8 and 15.0 x 10-6, (25°C - 500°C) designed for press-to-metal crowns, bridges, or all-ceramic inlays, onlays, veneers, and full crowns. Available in pellet form and partially built on the classical shade system, Vintage Press Over pellets feature a unique pre-blended dentin and opal enamels that allow a perfect mask for conventional PFM substructures, yet create iridescent light transmission through the incisal area. Easy to polish, stain, or glaze for precise margin integrity. Available in 12 shades (A1, A2, A3, A3.5, B1, B2, C1, C2, D2, W1, W2, and W3) plus Neutral.

Pressing to Zirconia

Vintage ZR Press Over® matches the CTE of zirconia substructures without the tendency for fracture found in other materials due to the high temperatures required for fusing. The press pellets feature a unique pre-blended dentin and opal enamel for perfect masking of conventional ceramic substructures. Vintage ZR Press Over porcelain is easy to polish and can also be stained and glazed. Available in seven shades to accommodate matching to a variety of shades.

Vintage ZR key features:
  • High-fusing porcelain that won’t fracture
  •  Kind to opposing dentition
  • Single firing cycle plus identical color layout as Vintage AL

Universal investment

Ceravety Press & Cast® universal investment is formulated for use with press ceramics and casting alloys using the ringless investment method. Suitable for use with non-precious and precious alloys as well as press ceramics, the investment features a 6-minute working time and a 20-minute quick burnout at a temperature setting of 1,000ºC (1,832°F) or less without a ring. When used with press ceramics, easy removal of the mold reduces the risk of ceramic chipping; the reduced stress also minimizes ceramic cracking. The investment powder comes in a 100-gram foil packet; the liquid in a 2-liter plastic bottle.
