Suitable for any laboratory firing need that does not require vacuum, the space-saving Easyglaze furnace is primarily designed to provide fast and efficient firing of stained and glazed restorations. Fully automatic with a roomy, wound-alloy, 6-inch-diameter muffle, the unit has a motorized clamshell muffle covering designed to prevent firing tray shake. The furnace features a microprocessor capable of holding temperatures to within ±2°C through a controlled temperature ramp-up rate of 60°C-120°C, up to a maximum operating temperature of 1,000°C; two preset firing programs geared to traditional VITA and CEREC glazes; three additional customizable programs; and an easy-to-read LCD display with simple scroll arrow keys to maneuver through programs as well as start/stop buttons for operation. It comes with a 3-inch-diameter firing tray and a retractable cooling tray.
