Lisa Marie Spradley admits that, at one time in her career, she was a micromanager in the dental practice. Now she wants to share tips to help dental team members deal with the people in the practice who have the same tendencies.
Spradley, a former national Office Manager of the Year award recipient who is also known as “The Front Desk Lady," recently sat down to talk about her own memories of being a micromanager and how that may have played a role in one person leaving the practice where she works. She also shared tips that can help hygienists, assistants, and front office personnel who may be dealing with a micromanager in their own practice.
